I passed IBPS 2011 and my TWS is 167 OBC. My first Interview was in Union Bank of India. And By God Grace I am finally selected in Union Bank Of India.

+Tell us the name of books, magazines, websites which have contributed in your success? For math I opted for M. Tyra Quicker Math, for Reasoning B.S.Sijwali and for English High School Grammar by Wren and Martin and for G.K I go with The Hindu Newspaper and some website like Jaagranjosh. com and Dont confuse with Facebook because everything have its own pros and cons. and I specially thanks all who have created such groups such as Bank Exam Preparation Group, these group are very useful in my interview preparation.

+What is your advice to the aspirants preparing for competitive exams?
If anyone is preparing for competitive exams, he has to do hard work as well as smart study. One thing, I find that most of candidates make a daily routine for preparation with all subjects. Like 2 hours for math 2 hours for English. I think is its not a good way of preparation one should go for only one subjects in a day, for deep knowledge in that particular chapter of that subject. Until you don’t feel depth knowledge or comfortable in that chapter you should not leave that. Also be regular in your preparation, because we know Slow and Steady Wins the Race.

+What was the medium of your interview and GD? Is medium makes any difference?
My medium of interview is Hinglish, a mix of English and Hindi. i think medium does not make any difference. The important thing is Interviewer should be satisfied with your answers and that's only happened through an effective communication. Go with that language in which you  feel comfortable and confident. Dont be nervous on this, just be confident in your interview because only your confidence matter in Interview.

+What do you think about,,  & Bank Exams Preparation group, are they useful in your preparation?
Of course, this Group and websites are very useful in my preparation. It has saved a lot of time of mine. I always update myself with its current affairs and banking related News. I just wanna say one thing that if anyone is preparing for Bank Exams he must join this group on facebook because I found this is the only group and websites where you can find almost all things that u should need for preparation of Bank Exams.
